How to Cure Your Sweating

It wasn’t until a horribly embarrassing incident happened, that I went in search of a cure for my sweating problem. You see, it was a very warm day, I was wearing loose cotton clothing but the sweating was bad. I was fortunate to be working in a nice air conditioned office for the day but as soon as I got outside things went from bad to worse. I walked to the train station hoping that the carriage would be cool, but instead it was jam packed and the air conditioning was broken. We were packed into the carriage like sardines. I tried to stay calm, and I did for a while, but then things deteriorated and the sweating got worse. We were about 15 minutes into the trip when we stopped a blind guy and his friend got on the train. The blind man was early 30’s and very confident. He was dressed in office attire and was very jovial. He stood near men. And then out of the blue, he said in a voice that could be heard by most of the people in the carriage, “Gee somebody stinks around here”. I felt all eyes on me. When I got I home I completely went to pieces and vowed I would find a cure for my problem.
And so that is what I did, I search high and low trying all sorts of different things until I came across this eBook. I followed it step by step. I’m glad to say I’ve NEVER had a incident like the one I described before.

Medical Hyperhidrosis Treatment

As I mentioned in my first post, until I had the solution to the riddle of sweating too much, I took a look at what the medical profession had to offer in the way of treatments. What I found were the following:
- Drugs
- Botox
- Surgery
- Drugs
- Iontophoresis
- Aluminum Antiperspirants
Here are my thoughts on all of these ‘treatments’
Drugs
Ditropan, Glycopyrromium Bromide & Propantheline are prescription drugs that a currently available but unfortunately they tend to work on more generalized excessive sweating.
Botox
Surprisingly Botox can be used for other things such as cosmetic beauty. This is a specialized and expensive treatment that has to be done every 4-8 months.
Surgery
This is only available as a last resort for those who suffer from armpit sweat. That is if you can find a doctor to do it!
Iontophoresis
This is supposed to work by producing a physical blockage of the sweat ducts at the level of the stratum corneum….FRIGHTENING.
Aluminum Antiperspirants
These were a staple part of my life for years. The aluminum antiperspirant works by partially blocking the sweat glands.
As you can see the medically recommended treatments are far from exciting. In the next post I’ll talk about the horrible situation that prompted me to begin my search to find something that would stop me sweating.
The Cause of Excessive Sweating

Until I found the solution to excessive sweating I had no idea what was causing it. In the medical world they call it Hyperhidrosis. Now we know that sweating is used by the body to control it’s temperature when in hot/warm environment or when doing exercise. The part of the body that looks after it is called the sympathetic nervous system.
The frightening statistic is that nearly 1.0% of people in the UK suffer from sweating too much when this system goes into overdrive. As a lot of you will know the Hyperhidrosis appears on the palms of the hands. Of course it doesn’t always stop there. It presents itelf on the soles of the feet, the armpits, the face, the head, the groin and the back. Some people like me have suffered from it for as long as they can remember, whilst others have it appear one day out of the blue.
I’m sure you know of all the situations that sweating has caused more than it’s fair share of embarrassment. Sweaty palms means shaking or holding hands with a loved one becomes an awkward affair. Playing sport or being in a warm office can also create situations of high anxiety. I myself had one particularly awful incident that drove me to find the answer to this problem.
Now, what I find amazing is with all that we know from medicine, doctors claim they don’t know why it actually starts. I find that is both sad and extremely annoying. I have read page after page of medical text on the whole thing and unfortunately all they have to offer are so called treatments. I will cover some of these in my next post and if you don’t know about them already you will be astounded.
Until I found a totally natural cure , I like many people, had lost all hope of curing my condition.
